Once you press “register” and pass the registering procedure, you will be registered member of Poly Hotel’s website and be supposed to accept all the terms of this agreement.

  1.No fee needs to be paid to Poly Hotel for User registration and member services. 

  2.When you enjoy the use of Poly Hotel Website’s member services, you must provide accurate personal information about yourself so that we can contact you in time.

  3.You can check and modify your information that you provided when registering. Whenever your personal information has any change, you should update it promptly. 

  4.Users will assume full responsibility for the safety of their applied user names and passwords.

  5.Users are supposed to assume full responsibility for their behaviors on the website.

  6.Users are required to accept that Poly Hotel Website sends promotions and other relevant commercial information to them through E-mail and other channels.

  10.It is strictly forbidden to endanger national security, divulge national secrets or infringe the legal rights of other people through this website. It is also forbidden to make, copy or spread the following information: 

   (1) Instigation of rejecting and destroying the implementation of the constitutions, laws and legislations.

   (2) Instigation of subverting state power and socialist system.

   (3) Instigation of splitting the country and undermining the consolidation.

   (4) Instigation of national hatred, national discrimination and destroying national union.

   (5) Fabricating or distorting the reality, dispersing of rumor and disturbing social order.

   (6) Publicizing feudal superstition, obscene, gamble, violence, homicide, terror or subornation. 

   (7) Openly insulting others, defaming others with fabricated facts or conducting other kinds of malicious attack.

   (8) Undermining the reputation of state department.

   (9) Other activities infringing the constitutions and legislations.

   (10) Executing commercial promotions.

  11.Poly Hotel has right to update the relevant terms on this agreement; once the agreement changes, the Hotel will notify you the updated information on some web pages.

  12.Poly Hotel solely owns the ultimate right to interpret this agreement.
