The conference center and multi-function hall of Poly Plaza are the Advanced International Information Center.
Poly Plaza has its Conference Center located on its second floor, together with 6 small and large high-class meeting rooms of respective capacities for 10 to 200 persons. Each meeting room owes its luxury decoration, unique style and comfortable environment. The Conference Center is installed with various advanced conference equipment, such as slide show machines, projectors, TV sets, and video recorders for lease, and it is an ideal conference space for business negotiations, signing ceremonies, academic forums, reporting meetings, press conferences and remote television and telephonic meetings.
The Multi-function Hall situated on the third floor of the rear wing of the Plaza adopts the concept of the pillar-free design, with grand space and luxury decoration. It is suitable for holding all types and scales of meetings and is available for the requirement of organizing other events such as wedding banquets, buffet dinner and ball parties.
